CLASSES ARE ABOUT 90 MINUTES AND INCLUDE TASTING SAMPLES AND 1 KIT PER
PERSON/couple to take home and start brewing. Each kit includes 1
gallon fermentation vessel, tea, SCOBY, temperature strip, cheese
