2021 marks the special quinceañera celebration of UNOs Carrera de los
Muertos®/Race of the Dead! This 5k charity race event promotes
community health and wellness and raises funds for educational
programming. The autumn race takes place in Chicagos historic Pilsen
neighborhood (voted by Forbes as one of the coolest neighborhoods in
the world!). Runners and walkers from all over the world come
together, both in person and virtually, to celebrate Latino traditions
of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Complete with a post-race
festival that includes costumes, music, dancing, and food, it is a
