August 19 & 20Glenn Plummer will attend both nights of his new film, "90 Minutes of the Fever", a sci-fi suspense thriller about a family confessing their long-kept secrets, trapped in a house as the end of the world approaches. The President declares martial law after hackers take over the internet, TV and phones. Robbed of their technology, one family must face their demons as hidden hatreds bubble to the surface. The film will screen on Saturday, August 19 at 6:00pm and Sunday, August 20 at 5:15pm at the Gene Siskel Film Center in Chicago as an official selection of the Black Harvest Film Festival. Lead actor Glenn Plummer is best known as the iconic OG Bobby Johnson from Oliver Stone's cult classic South Central, as well as Colors, Speed, Saw 2, and Day After Tomorrow, and many other roles.
