New Moon Magic: Sound Healing & Cacao Ceremony w/Yin Yoga

Come RESET and get UNSTUCK with New Moon MAGIC: A CACAO & SOUND HEALING CEREMONY WITH YIN YOGA IN WICKER PARK/Bucktown Welcome in the energy of the New Moon in Pisces with the transformative HEALING OF SACRED CACO, crystal SOUND HEALING MEDITATION, and HEALING WITH A RESTORATIVE, slow, yin yoga flow. Led by Aryn Evans, yoga and meditation teacher and CEREMONY GUIDE, and Juliet Levine, crystal alchemy SOUND HEALER AND REIKI PRACTICIONER. This intimate gathering will include: -:- CACAO CEREMONY -:- A warm cup of ceremonial CACAO (pure chocolate) which has traditionally been used in ceremonies in Central and South America for centuries. A powerful antioxidant for the body, and a transformative plant medicine that opens the heart, improves blood flow and circulation, and aids in moving stagnant energy in the body -:- NEW MOON INTENTION SETTING -:- come learn how to harness the power of the moon cycles to set powerful intentions that will transform and heal yourself -:- BREATHWORK -:- be guided through breathing techniques that calm the nervous system and bring you into the present moment -:- YIN YOGA -:- Stretch and slow down, in a simple series of restorative poses held for a few minutes to allow you to sink into a deep stretch, opening tight places in the body and clearing stagnation in the body. -:- CRYSTAL ALCHEMY SOUND HEALING -:- The HEALING VIBRATIONS OF A COLLECTION OF CRYSTAL ALCHEMY BOWLS WILL GUIDE YOU INTO A DEEPLY MEDITATIVE STATE -:- REIKI -:- Gentle hands-on (on body or hovering) energy-based practice to send white light to areas in need of HEALING What to wear/bring: ⁃ Yoga/comfy clothes that you can easily stretch in and layers to stay warm as your body cools down in meditation ⁃ Some mats/props will be available, but please bring your own if you have them! ⁃ Pillows and blankets are encouraged for a cozy experience ⁃ Feel free to bring crystals, or sacred object for the CEREMONY Date/Time: February 23, 12 - 2 PM ⁃ CEREMONY BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 12 PM ⁃ Please plan to arrive by 11:45 am to get settled.
