RAISED, An URBAN ROOFTOP BAR, 1 W. Wacker Drive, is inviting
Chicagoans to ring in the New Year in style at their ticketed New
Year’s Eve party on Sunday, December 31 from 9pm to 1am. The
third-floor ROOFTOP HANGOUT, which boasts panoramic views of the
CHICAGO river and city skyline, will be offering a special Premium
Drink Package that includes champagne cocktails from 9pm to
midnight.Brooklyn Britches & The Whispers, a Chicago-based band that
is known for delighting its audiences with old standards and modern
songs with a slow, swanky twist, will be providing live entertainment
from 10pm to 1am. At midnight, Raised will invite all guests to
partake in a champagne toast to properly usher in the New Year.

Those who don’t want to be tied to a package ticket can head to
Staytion Market & Bar, located on the first floor of Renaissance
Chicago Downtown Hotel, to celebrate New Year’s Eve with delicious
cocktails, signature menu items and live entertainment. Rebecca
Brunner, a Michigan-based Soul/Pop singer and songwriter, will be
performing from 6pm to 9pm, and there will be a DJ performance from
9pm to 1am. The special à la carte New Year’s Eve menu includes
unique options like the pomegranate salad, made with spinach, beets,
sliced pears, grapefruit, feta, almonds, and cranberry vinaigrette,
Short Ribs, served with mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and Brussel
sprouts, and a Pear Cobbler, with spiced bourbon caramel and salted
streusel, for dessert. Those looking to toast to the New Year will
enjoy the special champagne menu, which includes Tattinger Champagne,
Moet & Chandon Imperial, Veuve Cliquot and Mionetto Prosecco.
