Topsy-turvy times call for steady introspection. There are many forms
of distraction that keep us from recognizing what we are going
through. By being still we can examine what is going on 'in there' and
find a greater sense of balance to aid us through our myriad daily
decisions. Whether you're looking to set a good intention, need a
little conscious contact, or trying to prime your mind for
solution-based focus, you are welcome here. Even if you are new to
this, just one breath can be a completely meditative experience. Every
day is different and so too shall you be.
