Join us from HOME for all of our regularly scheduled classes for the
time being! Pre-register at least 1 hour before class begins. We will
send a Zoom link to your e-mail on file and voila fitness at home with
your expert prenatal/postnatal instructor! If fitness training has
never been your idea fun, this class is designed for you! This class
is designed for those looking to feel strong, balanced, but not
overwhelmed, exhausted and defeated after a workout. We'll move you
through short intervals of light to moderate cardio with or without
light weights, incorporate resistance bands, and lastly bring you down
to the mat for a cool down. The class is ALWAYS held in a small-group
format, with plenty of personal attention and caters to all
trimesters, levels, and postpartum. Babies welcome!
