injury recovery. This 75-minute BASICS FOR BALLERS CLASS INTRODUCES
ATHLETES TO THE FUNDAMENTALS OF YOGA WITH A FOCUS ON CORE ENGAGEMENT,
hip flexibility, spinal alignment, and breath work. Class over time
will help BALLERS BUILD A PRACTICE THAT NOT ONLY HELPS YOU CHECK THE
BALL BUT CHECK YOUR EGO TOO. ALL ATHLETES ARE WELCOMED TO CLASS! If
you have a basketball bring it to class with you as we will mos def be
