Yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. It has been shown to increase strength and flexibility for childbirth, decrease back pain decrease the risk for pre-term labor, decrease postpartum soreness and strengthen the pelvic floor after delivery amongst other benefits.
The class is ALWAYS held in a small-group format, with plenty of personal attention and caters to ALL fitness levels.
