Adults and little ones can enjoy learning together during this free,
donation-based weekly drop-in session. Activities are fun,
interactive, and encourage children’s curiosity about the natural
world. Children and their caregivers can explore different areas of
the Children’s Garden in the winter and the Play and Grow Garden in
the summer. Children learn through play and experience in this
program, and educators provide story time read-alouds, imaginative
play, and sensory activities. Please note that all children 5 years
old and under are welcome to take part in Morning Glories with adult
supervision. Younger children may require additional care-giver
support in order to participate. Adult supervision is required for
participation in the Morning Glories Program. For more information on
weekly activities, visit our Facebook page! This program is partially
supported by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council Agency.
