Musical Theatre featuring Shrek - Chicago, IL 2025

"Let your freak flag fly" as we embark on a journey with Shrek, Donkey, and Fiona in this class exploring Broadway's Shrek the Musical, based on the popular animated movie series. Throughout the session, students will learn about the theatre and play drama games designed to stimulate their imaginations, encourage being in the moment, and build a strong theatrical foundation. Together with their peers, students will collaborate to devise original stories and develop unique characters. The session ends with a swamp-tastic informal performance for parents celebrating friendship and acceptance.
