meditation that will address common discomforts of pregnancy and
prepare you for birth. Ideal for women at all stages of pregnancy,
birth choices, and levels of experience. Prenatal yoga is a great
opportunity to build community with other moms and take intentional
time to connect with your body and baby. This booking is for the adult
