A gentle practice grounded in ancient practices and wisdom of its origins, the sacrifice of the ego through self-knowledge, action (karma yoga) and wisdom (jnana yoga). to hone our spiritual power. Find inner stillness and strength through a practice which honors the energies at work in the cosmos and the connection within our own bodies. Bring a blanket / yoga mat down to the candleit circle at the shore of Lake Michigan behind the historic LIGHTHOUSE AND SHARE THE MISSION OF PRESERVING OUR HISTORY THROUGH MAKING A DONATION, a portion of which which will go towards PRESERVING A PIECE OF HISTORY, the HARLEY CLARK MANSION.
