Pre-K & K Suzuki Young Maestros: Intro to Violin and One 15-Minute Private Lesson/week - Evanston, IL 2020

Title: Young Maestros: Yearlong Intro to Violin Teacher: Isabelle Rozendaal Class Description: Suzuki Violin Program: The Suzuki method is based on a lesson plan which includes one private lesson per week and one group ensemble class per week. We require that students take part in this schedule for the most opportune learning. We also encourage parents to attend all private and group lessons. Young Maestros: violin group class Beginning violinists are welcome to join this fun-filled music class. Young Maestros will focus on posture, making a beautiful sound, and learning fun tunes! We will learn with music theory games, singing songs, and will learn how to play together as an ensemble. Backpack with class learning materials included. Violin not included. Suggested Violin Rental and foam shoulder rest: Chicago Strings (chicagostrings.com) 15 Minute Private Violin Lesson: Students will have the opportunity to sign up for 15 minute private violin lessons. This is an ideal amount of time for a young beginner. Parents can schedule their child’s lesson anytime from 12pm-2pm on Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday.
