A GENTLE YOGA PRACTICE FOR BEGINNERS AND EXPERIENCED YOGIS ALIKE End
your week with a one hour slow flow, gentle yoga class led by Emily
Rezetko at Beverly Barre. In this class, you can expect strengthening
poses, deep stretches, restorative yoga and guided meditation.
Beginners are welcome and encouraged! Seasoned practitioners will also
enjoy some time to slow down and take some time for self care and deep
relaxation.
