VINYASA YOGA FOR ALL LEVELS End your week with a one hour vinyasa yoga
class led by Emily Rezetko at Beverly Barre. In this class, you can
expect strengthening poses, deep stretches, and an invigorating flow
to warm the body during the cold, dark winter. Beginners are welcome
and encouraged, but know that there may be opportunities for more
challenging postures. Breathwork and meditation will be woven
throughout the practice to ensure you begin the weekend stress-free.
