AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) - (Age: 10 months and up, 5-week dog training class) - Hinsdale, IL 2026

This AKC-approved program is designed for dogs who are pretty close to earning their wings as official good CITIZENS BUT JUST NEED A LITTLE POLISH! They should already have the basics down but maybe they just could use some fine-tuning on skills like polite greetings, staying focused around distractions, etc. This is a preparation CLASS FOR THE AKC'S CANINE GOOD CITIZEN TEST. Please note: this is not a beginner CLASS. The dogs should already have solid foundational skills and be relatively calm in a group setting. The official CGC evaluation test is NOT included in this CLASS AND WILL NEED TO BE SCHEDULED SEPARATELY ONCE YOUR DOG HAS GRADUATED FROM THE CLASS AND COSTS AN ADDITIONAL $25.
