EVENT RX3 "RALLY A TAVOLETTA" Sunday, June 7th, 2020. Location:
City of MADISON, IL Grass Field north of World Wide Technology
Raceway, Bend Road (Big Bend Road) 38.664917, -90.134927 Take 203N
to the first traffic light past WWTR entrance. Turn right onto Bend
continue straight until you reach a gravel road on the right, turn
onto the gravel road and go about .2 mile to site. Cost:
$50 members $65 non-members (includes weekend membership)
Entry fees payed at site can only be made by cash or check. All
persons driving in a car at this event must have an SCCA
membership, either full or weekend. Ride-alongs are free but are
required to sign a waiver as well. Everyone is required to sign a
waiver. All entrants are required to work at the event. Helmets must
be worn by all drivers and passengers during competition. Helmets must
be in good condition, fit properly, provide adequate peripheral vision
and the chin strap must be securely fastened. All helmets meeting the
latest or two immediately preceding Snell Foundation standards
(SA2015, SAH2010, SA2010, SA2005, M2015, M2010, M2005 K2015, K2010,
K2005), SFI standards 31.1, 41.1, 31.1A, 31.2A, 41.1A, 41.2A or
British spec BS6658-85 type A/FR are acceptable. Loaner helmets will
be available at event, but supplies are limited. All vehicles must
have a signed tech sheet prior to competing. You will be given a Tech
sheet at time of check-in/ registration if you do not print one out
prior to arriving. Tech inspection will be the responsibility of each
competitor. If you require assistance in tech-ing your own vehicle,
contact an event official and someone will help you. Tech sheets can

sheet on your windshield, open your hood and have your helmet ready
for inspection once you are in grid. Your car should be race ready
when you bring it to grid. Penalties: 2 seconds per displaced cone; 10
seconds for missed gate SCHEDULE 8:00 - 9:45am. Registration and
course walk is open 9:45 - 10:00am COURSE IS CLOSED (make sure your
tech sheet is turned in before registration closes) 10:00 - 10:15am.
Drivers meeting 10:30am First car off the line 10:30am - 12:30pm
Morning Heats Heat 1 Heat 2 LUNCH WILL FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF
MORNING HEATS. LUNCH IS 30 MINUTES IT IS WISE TO BRING YOUR OWN 15
minutes before the afternoon runs start there will be a mandatory
regroup meeting to make sure everyone goes to their assigned places.
Heat 2 will follow at the conclusion of Heat 1 Each Heat will get at
least three runs in the morning and three runs after lunch. (Subject
to increase based upon event progress) Fuel, Air and food and water
are available at the Pilot Truck Stop located at 203N and Ohio Ave
(Directly across from GMP entrance) approximately 1 mile from event
site.
