Description Have you ever wanted to do yoga but did not know how to
start or felt intimidated or unsure? This gentle introduction is for
you! Join Arati Wagh, a practicing endocrinologist and certified yoga
instructor of Indian origin, as she guides you through the
foundational practice of yoga. We will explore the basics of Yoga
which includes breathing, postures and meditation. Learn the
philosophical background behind the field and learn how yoga can
prevent injury, provide flexibility, and calm the mind. This is a
great class for those who are new to yoga, but also for those who want
a slower more focused pace! This is a no-pressure judgement-free space
where you can ask questions and move at your own pace.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT & WATER BOTTLE!
This class is for all levels of practice; options will be given for
all positions.
