The Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus has created the following guidelines for attending public Mass in accordance with requirements set by the Diocese of Joliet and the State of Illinois.
These guidelines have been created to keep everyone safe and healthy and to allow as many of our community to celebrate Mass within the requirements. These instructions will be under evaluation and are subject to change.

Mass will be celebrated at:
Because of social distancing requirements, church capacity will be significantly reduced and seating will be in every other pew with social distancing between those attending.
Please see the chart below for seating guidelines. Pews labeled with 5 maximum will have a maximum of 5 people, all who live in the SAME HOUSEHOLD, and pews labeled '2' has a max of 2 who live in the SAME HOUSEHOLD. Other family members who live in a different household will have to sit in a different pew. We have a limited amount of pews that will accommodate a family of 5 or more, please see seating chart below. Pews with 'X' will not be used.
The following guidelines have been put in place for the safety of all attending:
Please plan to arrive not later than 15 minutes prior to the Mass you have signed up to attend. Please enter through Door 21, 22 or 23. All other entrances will be locked.
In order to assure the safety and health of all our parish family and friends, we ask that you do not congregate or meet up before or after Mass.
Holy Communion-the Priest will walk through the church to distribute Holy Communion.
The Church will be sanitized following each Mass.
During this phase, the Adoration Chapel will be closed.
Confessions will be held in the Adoration Chapel.
Eucharistic Adoration in addition to all other devotions and Masses will be added at a later date.
