What To Expect
Deep-dish pizza is one of CHICAGO’s most famous recipes, and lures
pizza enthusiasts from all over the world. Learn the history of this
epic pie and taste some of the best for yourself!
The Gold Coast neighborhood is known for its leafy upscale real
estate, as well as its high-end dining and shopping. Check out this
area and see the historic Gibson’s steakhouse, the original Playboy
mansion, and the home of former CHICAGO bull, Dwyane Wade.
Lincoln Park is CHICAGO’s largest municipal park, spanning five
miles of waterfront and over 1200 acres of land. It’s home to
countless bike paths, jungle gyms, and sports fields, as well as one
of America’s largest free zoos.
Cupcake-only bakeries have become a national sensation, and CHICAGO is
home to some of the best! On this tour, you’ll enjoy the sweet
treat, choosing from a wide variety of flavors and toppings.
Oz Park is the Windy City’s way of remembering L. Frank Baum, who
wrote The Wizard of Oz while living in CHICAGO. Baseball diamonds,
tennis courts, and playscapes, plus statues of Dorothy and her
friends, make this one of the most popular parks in town.
The CHICAGO-style hot dog is unlike any sausage creation you’ve had
before—all beef frank, mustard, tomato, pickle, relish, onion, sport
pepper, celery salt… But never ketchup! Have one and change the way
you eat this ballpark favorite.
Built in 1914, Wrigley Field is the second oldest baseball stadium in
the nation and one of the most frequently visited by out-of-towners.
Located in the heart of a vibrant nightlife district, a visit to
CHICAGO is never complete without a trip to Wrigley.
CHICAGO is making a name for itself as an American craft beer capital.
We’re home to some of America’s favorite breweries, with new
microbreweries appearing every year. Taste some of the most refined
and refreshing pours between rides—BIKES AND BREWS ARE THE PERFECT
PAIR.
The 18-mile Lakefront Trail has been contributing to CHICAGO’s cycle
success since 1963. The paved path provides walkers, runners, and
bicyclists with a safe and fun way to travel along the Lake Michigan,
for both recreation and commuting.
On summer weekends, Oak Street Beach is packed with the blankets and
swim gear of up to 300,000 Chicagoans. Pop-up bars, volleyball nets,
and easy-access to downtown make this one of CHICAGO’s finest sandy
spots.
