Do you feel like you are constantly being pulled in ten different
directions? Join Emily Morris, a licensed therapist and energy healer,
for a calming meditation class. Every Tuesday at 5pm, professionals
from all over the city will gather to release pain and frustration
from the day, and bring in joy and miracles.
This hour-long class will start with brief sharing about our intention
for being there. It is not mandatory to share anything. After, Emily
will guide the class in a meditation that combines mindfulness, zen,
and clairvoyant techniques. The class will conclude with debriefing.
You can drop in, or join us every week.
Emily's intention is to build a community of men and women looking to
heal anxiety, depression, or other mood issues via meditation
practice.
