parenting tools lack a lens that takes into consideration YOUR own
needs as a parent. This workshop will focus on utilizing mindfulness,
self-care, and somatic approaches to healing as a tool to nurture and
regulate yourself so you can feel more grounded, present, and
intentional with your child(ren) and loved ones. This workshop is
intended for parents and caregivers whose child(ren) need intense
physical, emotional or behavioral support.
