Registration Dates in details. LEVEL V Requirements:Students must be
able to completely swim 50 yards of the lap pool using proper front
crawl, 25 yards of backstroke and have familiarity with the
breaststroke technique. Outcomes: Teaching will build endurance and
focused technical development in front crawl, backstroke, and
breaststroke using a combination of technique drills with an
introduction to interval repeats. Students will be introduced to
butterfly stroke, flip-turns and competition style front dives from
the starting blocks. Advanced water safety and survival skills and
water safety will also be covered. The ultimate intention for the
student at this level is swim team readiness if that is the goal of
the student. Stroke Proficiency: Teaching covers flip turns and racing
starts from the blocks. The main objective of this level is endurance
training and preparing your child for swim team, if that is their
