Would you like your son to grow in athleticism, self-confidence, self-defense skills, and grace in movement? The Northridge instructors have seen these positive benefits repeated in men many times whenever they practice boxing. This could be for those that have competed in several different sports to those that have no experience at all in any sport. We encourage all interested students to participate, including those without boxing experience.
