Description This class combines the basics of Barre, Pilates, and
other functional strength training to improve muscle tone, strength,
posture, and balance. This is a blend of challenging, but low-impact
exercises with small, controlled movements, isometric holds, and high
repetitions. Each class is designed so participants of all fitness
levels can find the challenge they desire.
