March 1 Family Self Defense (2) - Naperville, IL 2025

Family Safety Workshop Attendees will participate in a series of discussions and be introduced to basic physical self-defense skills and techniques. Specific topics may include Stranger Danger, Early Warning Signs, Consent, Identifying your Safety Network, Simple Effective Strikes, How to Escape Common Grabs, and much more. All topics will be presented at an age-appropriate level for those in attendance. The purpose of the training is to empower the attendees through self defense training. Adults will leave with the ability to talk about big topics with the little people in their lives.
