Description The Ackerman SFC team of experienced fitness professionals
is excited to bring a complete fitness program to the youth of our
community. Each day will start with a total body stretch and dynamic
warmup to get the body ready for the day's workouts. From there we
will go into Performance Training focusing on speed, agility,
strength, mobility, and injury prevention. Next up is Cycle to help
build endurance and heart health. The day will finish with Yoga to
help release any tension of the body and mind. Stress relief
relaxation will take place at the end of class. Age Category Youth and
