curriculum, this class is appropriate for beginners and advanced
participants. Each class is structured to provide progressive growth
over the course of the session, and each set of obstacles and circuits
are aimed at providing a foundation of strength, agility, and balance.
These classes are very active… you will not stop moving and leave
both gassed and proud! Our mission is to strive to have all achieve
