Learn a form of meditation that involves walking!
Fullersburg Woods in Oak Brook (York & Spring Rd) is the perfect backdrop to cultivate mindfulness. Enjoy some fresh air and get in some exercise for your mind and body. I will lead the group in some gentle yoga stretches before we walk and at the end of our walk to make sure we are cooled down and stretched out!
While you walk, you will learn how to cultivate mindfulness and meditate while you observe the beauty of the woods around you.
If you've always wondered what this "meditation stuff" is all about, this is a good way to be introduced to the practice.
