Come make BREAD WITH US! This course is an introduction to SOURDOUGH
BREAD BAKING AT HOME. Learn how to maintain a SOURDOUGH STARTER, mix,
proof, and bake delicious rustic loaves using locally grown and milled
flour.Enjoy sampling fresh sourdough bread paired with a selection of
Rare Bird Preserves, local cheese, wine, and cider.
Students will leave with their own starter and fresh bread. All
equipment will be provided for use during the class.
**To preorder tools and ingredients for home use, select the addtional
ticket options.
Limited quantities will be for sale in the Rare Bird shop.
