Discuss the differences between laminated and tempered glass and the important roles they play as a safety feature in vehicles. Explore the role of the federal government and the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and discuss their importance. Understand more about the impact of auto glass claims on the insurance industry. Learn about changes in the windshield installation process and also the tools that are being used in that process. Discuss how to identify reputable auto glass installation companies.

Ethics in Insurance - 21st Century - 3 credit hours

The purpose of this training session is to review the financial and personal impact of business ethics. We will review the repercussions of ethical and unethical decisions and the business impacts of such decisions. Additional discussion will be around data analytics and the impact of data collection, new start ups, and the impact generational ethics is having on the business world.
