Learn the basic skills for recreational and competitive running with
the OES Cross Country Coaching staff and OHS Varsity Runners. Camp
will engage in games, drills. and timed runs and will cover a variety
of topics, including nutrition, running mechanics, team building, and
injury prevention. Running camp is a great way for kids to be active,
have fun, and learn a new sport which will help them establish goals,
gain confidence, and help them excel in other sports. Instructor:
