Description This activity is closed to further registration. Hatha
flow is friendly for those with wrist or shoulder issues. There are no
sun salutations or vinyasas in this practice, just a strong steady
flow from posture to postures with focus on strength, openness,
stillness, awareness and breath. Class includes meditational breathing
techniques (Pranayama) at the beginning of class and during the final
meditation (Savasana). Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your
own mat, yoga blocks and yoga straps. Bring your own mat, yoga blocks
