Description This activity is closed to further registration. Achieve
stillness of the mind while experiencing the joy of stretching and
mindful breathing with Gentle Yoga. This class focuses on stretching
and mindful breathing, not feats of strength or extreme flexibility.
You will learn correct alignment of standing postures, forward bends,
gentle backbends, hip and shoulder openers and seated stretches.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat, yoga blocks
