Description Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art and Olympic sport.
Learn the application of blocks, kicks and practical self-defense.
Class is designed to develop physical strength, flexibility and
coordination as well as reduce stress. Class is taught by a seventh
degree Grandmaster and includes Korean self-defense, the art of
escaping from holds and grabs in a safe and effective manner. Uniforms
and belt-testing are options available through the Tae Kwon Do
instructor. This program cannot be prorated per contractual company.
