Chair Yoga is a gentle practice especially designed for people who
have difficulty getting on the floor. Janelle will guide you through a
series of stretches and basic yoga postures that can be modified, but
still effective. Each class includes learning to link breath with
movement, quieting the mind, and meditative rest. Through regular
practice of yoga, you will notice improvement in flexibility,
strength, balance, and posture. Doing chair yoga can create lasting
practice that can be carried into our daily lives.
