Administrators' Academy: Building a Common Purpose and Vision for the School Improvement Process - Revised 2016 - AA 913

Participants in this course will learn a step-by-step process to build a common purpose and vision around their school improvement planning process.  During the workshop school leaders will learn to apply steps to review improtant documents, previous goals and outcomes, assess their progress and use five fundamentals that inform the school community of the school improvemnt planning process.  Participants will map out a timeline and clarfy how they will involve all school constitutencies in the school improvement planning process, and develop meaningful professional development to support the plan.  Presenter: Cathy Berlinger-Gustafson Academy Number: #913
