Leap, hop, skip, run your way through obstacles and put your Ninja skills to the test. This fun movement-based program will challenge your Ninja to maneuver over and under objects. Other aerobic and anaerobic activities, skill challenges, competitions and games will be played to ensure an interactive, fun, and rewarding environment is created for participants to engage with fitness in a positive and stimulating manner. Bring your gym shoes and get ready for one of the most creative and innovative sports camps around! Campers that sign up for both an AM and PM camp will have a supervised lunch with the Hot Shots Sports coaches.
