Have the day or morning off? Join Anna for this special President's
Day flow! This will be an active vinyasa flow in a warm room. We will
move through asanas with one breath one movement. The sequence will
involve arm strength development, core and oblique muscles, as well as
working the glutes. Self awareness and self care is always encouraged
in your yoga practice and working yourself to your soft edge in your
physical practice. Class will be accented with lively music.
