Just Breath ! MEDITATION FOR RELAXATION
So much of the daily stress and tension we experience comes from our
mind. Breathing MEDITATION HELPS TO REDUCE THIS STRESS. By letting go
of our tension, worries, and distractions, we will experience a calm,
spacious feeling in our mind and many of our problems will subside.

for this practical and meaningful RETREAT. Learn 3 simple breathing
MEDITATIONS TO MAKE YOUR MIND CALM AND PEACEFUL. Leave feeling
relaxed, positive, and inspired to make MEDITATION A PART OF YOUR
DAILY LIFE.
Each MEDITATION SESSION STANDS ALONE AND INCLUDES A SHORT TEACHING AND
ONE OF THE 3 GUIDED BREATHING MEDITATIONS. You may attend any one or
all of the sessions. To receive the most benefit, consider coming to
all 3!
No experience is needed. Cushions and chairs are provided.
