YOGA & SPIRITUALITY: _MINDFULNESS. SPIRITUALITY. MOVEMENT_Should
Christians practice Yoga? Is Yoga sinful? This discussion is going to
be good!
Meet Diana Bush-Harris, a passionate believer who operates in
several gifts. She is a minister,
singer/songwriter, motivator and encourager who has fallen in love
with Yoga, and its emotional,
physical, and spiritual benefits. She originally came to Yoga for some
“me time” after finding
herself a full-time caregiver for her 92-year old mother. At the time
she was suffering from a
pinched nerve in her neck, a bulging disc in her back and sciatic
nerve pain since the age of 19.
She found God on the mat and has been stretching her faith ever since!
Diana is passionate about Yoga and seeks to dispel myths concerning
it, so that Christians can benefit from it and no longer stand on the
sidelines of abundant life, especially concerning healing. Diana is
now a full-time graduate student at Christian Theological Seminary
seeking a Master’s of Divinity Degree with counseling training. She
teaches yoga publicly and privately and is married and has one son.
