Making Work More Than Work with City Transformation Catalyst Eric Swanson

For several decades, Eric Swanson has committed his life to helping organizational leaders get smarter and more effective. Most recently, he's led accelerator courses for 10,000+ member churches on leveraging data and analytics to fulfill their mission. He's also adapted the platform model to multiple nonprofit, church, and business contexts by using his savvy skills of making challenging concepts easier to grasp and compelling to adopt. We are thrilled to welcome him back to Evansville and carve out some of his time for you. This is the first time we're offering his time to leaders outside the social sector, and I have to tell you, he is absolutely thrilled to spend time with you. He's also going to help us review some of the core ideas he launched into the City of Evansville in 2016-2017, like centered sets and how we can work alongside others in our city pursuing the same goals.
