Sounds crazy to talk about HOLIDAY SALES IN MAY BUT THE FACT IS- if you don't plan for it now you will miss out on it in November and December.  40% of SALES FOR PRODUCTS, food and services are realized during the HOLIDAY SEASON MAKING IT THE MOST IMPORTANT SELLING SEASON OF THE YEAR.  In this WORKSHOP, SOCIAL ENTERPRISES WILL LEARN: * HOW TO FORECAST AND SET SALES GOALS * HOW TO PLAN FOR INVENTORY, PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY * HOW TO OPTIMIZE SALES CHANNELS * MARKETING AND PROMOTION IDEAS AND OPPORTUNITIES * HOW TO PACKAGE AND SHIP FOR FASTEST DELIVERY AT LOWEST COST * WHEN AND HOW TO HIRE HOLIDAY HELP * AND LOTS MORE! There will be special breakout sessions to address the needs and plans associated with specific business types that include Food (catering, restaurant, etc.), Products, and Services (Cleaning, Beauty services, etc).  In addition, those who participate and complete their Holiday Sales Plan are invited back to a special funding event on July 11th to learn about and get connected with funding sources to help secure the supplies and other things necessary to realize blockbuster sales during the Holidays.  Food will be provided!
