Join BRITTANY, Assistant Director and certified BARRE INSTRUCTOR, for
a 30 minute workout that focuses on low-impact, high intensity
movements to improve strength, agility and flexibility.
All levels are encouraged to attend and beginners are always welcome!
Yoga mats are not required but may be helpful if participants prefer
to do core exercises on the ground.
This program is intended for adults. In an effort to be courteous to
our class and waitlisted registrants:
* Register all attendees
* Please arrive at least a few minutes prior to the program’s
start time.
* Registering for a program will not hold your seat after the
program’s designated start time
* If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration
online or by calling the library.
