Students of all skill levels will be guided step by step to create an individualized “self-portrait” inspired by the world of Visionary Art. Students will learn about the Visionary Art Movement as it pertains to creativity and mindfulness. This class encourages deep self-observation and engages participants in a creative process that promotes wellness through developing positive mental health practices.
