like-minded friends and go home with delicious recipes, ready to eat,
cook, or freeze. You'll also recieve a menu planner and shopping list
to help you round out your meals. The wholesome food will nourish your
body, but the time invested with new friends will nourish your life in
ways you may not anticipate. Come, be a part of our community! We're

8-12. RECIPE KITS MAKE GREAT GIFTS FOR EXPECTANT OR NEW MOTHERS,
those recovering from surgery or moving into a new home, and anyone
desiring to eat healthfully. As a group, we'll donate a set of
RECIPES TOO; the cost is already built into your ticket. If you're
unable to attend, purchase a "can't attend" ticket and pick your meals
up the following day. If you'd like more than one set of meals or to
add an extra salad/dressing kit, adjust your tickets accordingly.
*Menus may change slightly, based on availability of ingredients or
the discovery of a delicious new recipe that needs to be tested at a
workshop. The Salad Mix and Dressing will vary at each workshop, based
on fresh seasonal produce, so we can introduce you to new favorites on
a regular basis. We know you’ll love having a delicious mix of
colorful, antioxident-rich veggies and fruit to top your greens,
making a salad-a-day an incredibly easy reality!
