This program will address all-to-common health problems and teach strategies to improve and maintain wellness. 6/4: Beth Bryant, DPT will present How Not to Die; the relationship between Food and Chronic Disease. 6/11: Cheryl True, MD will present How to Improve Your Health through Lifestyle Medicine. 6/18: Teri & Del Preston will present How to be a Whole Food Plant-Based Athlete and Eating Healthy on the Road. 6/25: Anne Haring, Healthy Cooking Coach will demo How to Cook Whole Food Plant-Based. In the meantime, watch the acclaimed documentary Forks Over Knives on Netflix. Free to the public. No Registration required.
