Badge & Ladder is a partnered functional fitness workout inspired by the physical challenges first responders see in the field of duty. Attend with a partner or partner-pairing assistance is provided at the event. This event will feature an experience of the Yoga For First Responders [https://www.facebook.com/YogaForFirstResponders/] protocol. - Open to all first responder/non-first responder athletes and spectators. - No CrossFit or yoga experience required.
