Please join us and be part of an intense training program designed by
a national certified trainer . Bootcamp classes run daily, addressing
all muscle groups over the course of the week, using a variety of
different exercises including weight training and calisthenics.
Designing a proper exercise program is essential in order to avoid
over-training, plateaus, and injuries. New exercises are constantly
incorporated to our bootcamps, to keep the classes interesting. All
fitness levels and age groups are welcome. High intensity intervals
allow members or attendees to go at their own pace and strength level
by increasing weight or speed in any circuit. Modifications for every
